The remote includes four buttons, “A, B, C, D” Reprogramming the Wireless Remote: If the control box is currently connected to power and ground, please disconnect the ground wire from the ground source. Reconnect the ground wire back to the ground source, and once this is connected, the lights on the strips will turn on green. Within 5 seconds from when the kit turns on green, you can then press the A and then the B button on the wireless remote. If this programming is successful, the light strips will flicker green twice, and the kit will remain powered on. If the remote is not controlling the system, please repeat the steps above. Troubleshooting: If the kit or lights do not appear to operate, first check the installed inline mini fuse. If the fuse is blown, check the wires on the entire kit to ensure they are not cut, pinched, or scorched. If there is no damage to any of the wires and to the control box, replace the fuse and test the kit again. If the inline fuse is intact, clean both the positive and negative terminals of the battery. Corrosion to the battery terminals can cause a poor connection or simulate being disconnected. Dual Zone Wiring for Smartphone Control Box Upgrade **If using the Smartphone Control Box we recommend wiring the kit in two different sections or “Zones,” separating the lights from the engine area and the lights on the rest of the bike. This will allow you to display two different colors at the same time.** Plug the 5pc Power Harness into one of the open plugs on the Smartphone Control Box. Route the 5pc Power Harness to the front of the bike (Use wire extensions as needed) Connect the following lights to the 5pc harness and use Zip Ties to secure the wires, being sure to stay clear of any moving parts or direct heat sources. 6” strip on the Left Fork Tube 6” strip on the Left Fork Cover 8” strip on the triple tree under the Headlight 6” strip under the Crash Bar (The unused plugs on the 5pc Power Harness will be used for the 2pc Add-On Harness.)
