Tech Support 856.768.5700 Ext.2 • TechSupport@LEDGlow.com 5 INSTALLATION GUIDE Section 5: Wheel Well Add-On Tube Installation (Optional) 1. (Optional) Remove the vehicle’s wheels for better access to the wheel well mounting locations. 2. Before mounting the wheel well tubes, ensure that all four tubes will be positioned 8-10” away from excessive heat or any moving parts. When mounting the tubes, ensure the power wires are facing the front of the vehicle. 3. Mount the 24” driver’s side tube either behind the wheel strut facing toward the wheel or inside of the inner fender well by using the included self-tapping screws. The 24” wheel well tubes are flexible and can be contoured easily for precise positioning. Repeat this step for the remaining (3) 24” wheel well tubes, keeping their placement consistent with the driver’s side tube installation. 4. Reinstall your vehicle’s wheels if they were removed in accordance to factory specifications. 5. Test the clearance of the wheel well tubes by moving the steering wheel back and forth to confirm that the tubes do not interfere with the wheels in any way. Section 4: Truck Add-On Tube Installation (Optional) 1. Before mounting the truck add-on tubes, ensure that both 24” tubes will be positioned 8-10” away from excessive heat or any moving parts. When mounting the tubes, ensure the power wires are facing the vehicle’s rear. The tubes should be mounted behind the driver and passenger side underbody tubes to cover major gaps between the side and rear tubes. 2. Mark drill locations for the mounting brackets on a level surface. Use a 7/64” drill bit to drill pilot holes for the mounting brackets and install the mounting brackets with the included screws through the pilot holes. We recommend using 2-3 brackets per tube. 3. Peel any clear film off of the underbody truck tubes. 4. Snap the (2) 24” underbody tubes into the mounting brackets and secure them in place using the included zip-ties. Section 6: Grille Add-On Tube Installation (Optional) 1. Lower the vehicle (if previously raised). 2. Arrange the grille tube in the desired location behind the vehicle’s grille, positioning it 8-10” away from excessive heat or moving parts. The orientation of the grille tube’s power wire should match that of the installed front underbody tube. For example, if the front underbody tube’s power wire is on the passenger’s side of the vehicle, the grille tube’s power wire should also be on the passenger’s side of the vehicle. 3. Peel any clear film off of the grille tube. 4. Use the included mounting brackets and screws to secure the tube behind the vehicle’s grille, securing the tube in place using the included zip-ties. Take care not to screw the brackets into the radiator, AC condenser, any sensors, or other vital engine components in this part of the vehicle.

6 Tech Support 856.768.5700 Ext.2 • TechSupport@LEDGlow.com INSTALLATION GUIDE 1. Determine the desired location of the interior tubes, ensuring that the power wires are not near the seat rails so that they do not get pinched. Recommended interior tube placements include under the dashboard, under the front seats, and under the rear seats. Note: The orientation of the interior tube power wires will not impact installation, allowing for versatile mounting options. 2. Clean any dirt, oil, or dust from the surface of each mounting location using an alcohol prep pad (not included). 3. Using 3M™ tape and screws, mount the interior tube brackets to your preferred mounting locations and snap the interior tubes into the brackets. Mount the tubes securely. If mounting tubes under the dashboard, keep the tubes and wires away from the pedals. Use the included zip-ties to mount the tubes if they cannot be mounted to a flat location using brackets. 4. Wires can be hidden in a variety of ways according to preference. Options include removing trim panels and securing the wires with zip-ties. Please remove and replace trim per factory specification. Wires may also be hidden under seats or under the vehicle’s carpet. We suggest routing wires alongside factory wiring harnesses. Section 7: Interior Add-On Tube Installation (Optional) Section 8: Routing the Wires 1. Inspect your vehicle’s engine bay for available openings to mount the water-resistant control box, underbody tube distributor cable, and wheel well tube distributor cable (if purchased). Ensure that the location of the control box allows access and reach for all distributor cables to plug in properly. Plan to place the control box and distributor cable(s) in the driest possible part of the engine bay away from excessive heat or any moving parts. 2. Raise the vehicle (if possible). 3. Beginning at the back of the vehicle, route the wires from all installed light tubes toward the location of the control box in the engine bay, keeping the wires clear of excessive heat and any moving parts. Bind any excess power wire lengths from tubes tightly and secure with zip-ties, but avoid over-tightening them so that they do not splice open, which will void all warranties. 4. Plug the wires for all underbody tubes into the included distributor cable. 5. If wheel well lights are installed, plug the wires from the wheel well tubes into the wheel well tube distributor cable. Plug the front wheel well tubes into the ports labeled “F” and plug the rear wheel well tubes into the ports labeled “R.” 6. Lower the vehicle (if it was raised). 7. Mount the control box inside the engine bay using 3M™ tape and screws, ensuring that the LEDGlow logo is facing upright. Mount the underbody and optional wheel well tube distributor cables in their determined locations with 3M™ tape and screws. Use caution when using screws to confirm no vital engine components are damaged. 8. If you purchased the optional Display Module, route its wire from inside the vehicle through the firewall with a grommet in place. Plug the Display Module wire into the port on the control box labeled “DISPLAY.” 9. If interior lights have been installed, find a safe location to mount the interior tube distributor cable inside of the vehicle away from the pedals, steering shaft, direct heat sources, and any moving parts. Recommended locations include the center console, underneath the seat, under the dashboard, or inside the glove box. Mount the interior tube distributor cable in the vehicle’s interior using 3M™ tape and screws. Run the cable from the interior tube distributor cable through the firewall with a grommet in place to the control box and plug it into the port labeled “INTERIOR.” 10. Plug the cable of the underbody distributor cable into the port on the control box labeled “UNDERBODY.” 11. Plug the cable from the optional wheel well tube distributor cable into the port on the control box labeled “WHEEL WELL.”

Tech Support 856.768.5700 Ext.2 • TechSupport@LEDGlow.com 7 INSTALLATION GUIDE Optional Courtesy Light Feature Wiring Instructions: The Courtesy Light Feature will automatically change all installed lights to white, illuminating the ground around the vehicle when the doors are opened or when the dome light is activated. To utilize the optional courtesy lights feature, use a service repair manual to identify the wire used to power the dome light. Use a test light to locate the correct wire by opening and closing the vehicle’s door. Once the correct wire has been identified, disconnect the negative side of the vehicle’s battery and use a wire connector to attach the dome light wire to the white wire from the control box. When finished, reconnect the negative side of the vehicle’s battery. Please note, some vehicles have a ground-side controlled system providing constant power to the dome light, which switches the ground on and off. This can be tested with a test light or multi-meter. There will be power on both sides of the bulb when the light is off. As soon as the light turns on there will be power on one side and a ground source on the other. If this is the case in your vehicle, set the courtesy switch type to GND on the settings page of the LEDGlow Automotive Control App. If the vehicle’s dome light circuit is controlled by power and the ground never changes, set the courtesy switch type to 12V on the settings page of the LEDGlow Automotive Control App. By default, the Courtesy Light Feature is turned off in the LEDGlow Automotive Control App. Make sure to turn it on in the app’s settings page after completing the wiring steps above. Section 10: Optional Display Module Features & Installation The Display Module serves as a physical representation of how the installed underbody kit, along with any installed add-on kits, will appear on your vehicle. The Display Module mimics all settings from the Automotive Control App and replicates them via embedded LEDs throughout the surface of the Module. Replicated settings include color, patterns, and where those lights are illuminated on the vehicle. The Display Module utilizes embedded LEDs within nine specific areas to indicate light color and patterns set to the underbody, wheel well, and interior tubes. The top of the display represents the passenger side of the vehicle, while the bottom represents the driver’s side. The vertical sections at the far left and right represent the front and rear underbody tubes on the vehicle. The corners represent the wheel well tubes. The center of the Display Module features the LEDGlow logo and four buttons which control features and settings of the kit. However, when these buttons and the logo are illuminated, they also represent the color and pattern set to an installed interior kit. Section 9: Powering the Kit 1. Connect the red power wire from the control box to a positive 12 volt source. If the wires are not long enough, extend them using 16 or 18 gauge automotive-grade wire. Alternatively, the control box can be powered directly from the vehicle’s fuse box by installing LEDGlow’s Expandable Circuit, available at www.LEDGlow.com. Find more details and installation instructions for the Expandable Circuit at www.LEDGlow.com. 2. Connect the black wire from the control box to an unpainted ground source such as the grounding block, negative post on the battery, or engine ground. 3. Reconnect the negative side of the vehicle’s battery.

8 Tech Support 856.768.5700 Ext.2 • TechSupport@LEDGlow.com INSTALLATION GUIDE In addition to the display buttons, there is a music mode that will allow the lights to react to the sound of your stereo. When in music mode, the LEDGlow logo on the Display Module will be illuminated in red, regardless of the color set to the interior kit in the vehicle. The buttons on the Display Module, however, will be illuminated to reflect the specific settings applied to the interior tubes despite the activation of music mode. The Display Module features an ambient light sensor to control brightness. There is an auto-dimming feature built into the Display which automatically adjusts the brightness of the embedded lights according to its surrounding light. On a bright day, the Display Module will adjust itself by increasing its brightness for better visibility. At nighttime or in a dark setting, the Display Module will automatically dim itself. The Display Module was designed to offer multiple mounting capabilities on the interior of your vehicle. Due to its wire location, which exits from the back, the Module can easily be flush mounted on any flat surface. Additionally, there is a knock-out tab located on the bottom of the Display where the attached wire can exit. Positioning the wire in this way allows the Display to be surface mounted to the location of your choice. Please note, once the knock-out tab is removed, it cannot be replaced. To surface mount the Display Module, simply identify a mounting location, clean the location thoroughly with an alcohol prep pad, and mount the Display Module with 3M™ tape. Be sure to secure the power wire and keep it clear of the pedals and other moving parts within the vehicle. Route the wire through the firewall with a grommet in place and plug it into the port on the installed control box labeled “DISPLAY.” The four buttons on the Display Module are fully operational and are used to adjust the light kit’s settings.
